SAVA - Super Awesome Volleyball Association was founded in 2008 by Robert
Pelton . Rob originated his own annual 2’s “No Giants" 6 Foot and Under
tournament in 2006. This has continued to be a great success throughout the
years. Eventually, Rob wanted something more to offer his fellow volleyball
players. Under an unfortunate/fortunate circumstance Rob underwent
shoulder surgery and could play not play for a summer. The Super Awesome
Volleyball Association was then born. It was a big success for the first year
bringing in the best men and women of the sport our state had to offer. In
2010, Rob decided it was time to grow and brought on a partner to SAVA.
Kevin Steiner now shares the mission to provide the best Sand Volleyball
Events in the Twin Cities area. Together they have now taken SAVA to the next
level. Creating a Partnership company, Eighteen Panel LLP. Since then, the 2
of them as friends and business partners, but most importantly volleyball
players, have grown the Super Awesome Volleyball Association to new heights
and it is only going to get BIGGER and BETTER! We have been diligently
working during the Sand season and the Off Season to improve SAVA to bring
it even higher than anyone could ever imagine. Eighteen Panel now has
Sponsorship opportunities for Players, Volleyball Camps, Coaching and
Clinics to help and assist our Athletes. SAVA offers Men's and Women's 2's,
Co-Ed 4's, Co-Ed 6's and Girls' Juniors tournaments and Boy's Juniors on tap.
